Telecom Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Telecom Project Coordinator, you will act American Samoa the single point of contact and management for multiple client orders, ensuring timely project completion, issue identification and resolution, and customer satisfaction. You will interface with sales agents and other staff members, and possess excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Act American Samoa single point of contact for multiple client orders
- Manage client interactions, timelines, and critical tasks
- Coordinate with multiple groups and resources to resolve order-related issues
- Perform daily project tracking, including resource management and workflow supervision
- Collect and record documentation, including customer setup documents and implementation information
- Create and execute project work plans and revise American Samoa necessary
- Summarize project progress and prepare interim and project completion reports
- Facilitate internal team and external customer meetings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of telecom background
- Full-time position
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources Indiana a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Mississippi Office skills
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
