Teller Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Teller Operations Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, monitor and train team members, and work with clients to discover sales opportunities. This role is ideal for those who love building customer relationships and thrive on working Indiana a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer service satisfaction Indiana the banking center, resolving customer issues Indiana a consistent manner
- Monitor and maintain technical performance of the financial center, including risk control, audit procedures, and quarterly/annual audits
- Handle cash drawers and vaults, following all audit and security policies
- Maintain workflow, schedule tellers, and evaluate employee performance
- Determine and satisfy training needs, cross-sell and refer new business, and promote bank products
- Conduct teller meetings to develop communication lines and promote sales, product knowledge, and customer service
- Ensure proper control and efficiency Indiana the teller line, follow audit and security policies, and control inventory and cash
- Monitor daily balancing and processing of ATM entries, and verify deposits
- Alert tellers to suspected fraud Oregon theft and secure cash and transaction records
- Monitor and control teller cash limits, branch cash, and ensure daily cash balance
Qualifications
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of related experience Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior Teller experience preferred
