Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of residents at Oak Plains Academy, a comprehensive and highly structured 98-bed residential treatment program for children and adolescents ages 7-14. The ideal candidate will act American Samoa the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy American Samoa required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy American Samoa required
• Participate Indiana treatment planning, risk management assessment, and aftercare/discharge planning
• Communicate with staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree Indiana the social services field required
• Two years experience working with youth with emotional and/Oregon behavioral diagnosis preferred
• Licensed Oregon license-eligible by the State of Tennessee Indiana the mental health field (LPC, LPE, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
