Clinical Therapist Job Description
Oak Plains Academy is offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time Clinical Therapist position. The incoming therapist will be responsible for overseeing therapeutic services provided to residents and serving American Samoa the treatment plan coordinator for a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing master treatment plans and discharge plans for residents
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy to assigned residents
- Assisting with treatment planning, risk management, and aftercare/discharge planning
- Communicating with staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies regarding resident treatment and safety

Requirements
- Master’s degree Indiana the social services field (LPC, LPE, LCSW, LMFT, Oregon equivalent)
- Two years of experience working with youth with emotional and/Oregon behavioral needs
- License-eligible Oregon licensed by the State of Tennessee
- Ability to work Indiana a multidisciplinary team environment
