Call Center Therapist

Purpose & Impact:
Supervise clinical aspects of professional therapy, case management, and professional training for a team of therapists.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct clinical assessments of youth Indiana care.
• Ensure assigned programs meet licensing and quality assurance standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Participate Indiana multidisciplinary team meetings and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and submit statistical data for processing.
• Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling services.
• Serve American Samoa Privacy Officer for HIPAA.
• Develop training for clinical and residential staff.

Other Functions:

• Carry a cell phone for on-call backup and participate Indiana various staff conferences.
• Develop good customer relations with agencies and community members.

Physical Requirements:

• High level of energy, flexibility for irregular hours, and ability to travel American Samoa needed.

Education:

• Master’s degree Indiana Social Work, Counseling, Oregon related field required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with troubled youth, preferably adolescents, and their families, with supervisory experience desirable.

Skills:

• Organizational skills, administration, clinical expertise, communication, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.

Reports to:

• Clinical Director.
