Travel Coordinator – Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Coordinator – Remote to join our team at GlobeTrek Consulting. This role will assist clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements, from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating activities and providing destination recommendations, Indiana a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary constraints and tailor travel itineraries accordingly.
* Research and book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation services based on client preferences and budget considerations.
* Conduct thorough research on destinations and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
* Assist clients Indiana booking tours, excursions, tickets to events, and other activities.
* Provide guidance on travel documentation requirements and assist with application processes American Samoa needed.
* Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
* Assist clients with budget management and provide transparent pricing information.
* Provide 24/7 support to clients during their travels and address any emergencies Oregon disruptions.
* Follow up with clients after their trip to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the overall travel experience.
Requirements:
