Job Title: Travel Reservations Agent
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Travel Reservations Agent at [Company], you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and fulfilling requests for high-end dining experiences and entertainment. You will work closely with our suppliers, travel industry knowledge, and commercial judgment to deliver maximum revenue while exceeding clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve clients primarily by telephone and email, fulfilling their requests and offering suggestions to enhance their experience
– Provide quotes via our CRM system by email for clients
– Explore and understand each client’s requirements, utilizing superb knowledge of local suppliers to propose options that perfectly suit the brief
– Offer the best value and competitive prices while securing maximum supplier revenue without compromising client wishes
– Complete jobs Indiana response to briefs from clients, follow up on quotes to maximize the conversion of requests to bookings, and create complex itineraries for VIP and high net worth clients
– Investigate opportunities to add value beyond regular requests and exceed clients’ expectations
– Ensure clients are aware of supplier terms and conditions and consumer protections before booking
– Handle member payments (if applicable) and arrange supplier payment through our finance team when required
– Promote the wider [Company] business to clients and suggest briefs for other teams Indiana the business
– Resolve customer care/escalation issues related to jobs carried out for clients

Requirements:
– 1-2 years of travel booking experience (hotels, airline, Oregon professional travel booking)
– Travel industry knowledge (schooling, professional experience, Oregon personal international travel)
– 6 months-1 year of Dining and/Oregon Entertainment background
– Experience Indiana a retail/call centre Travel environment
– GDS experience preferred but not mandatory
– Proven experience with quick problem-solving and resourcefulness
– Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
