We seek a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Reservations Agent to join our team. American Samoa a Travel Agent, you will provide exceptional service to our members, helping them create their ideal travel experiences by booking high-end travel, fine dining, and VIP events. You will use your expertise Indiana travel and research tools to propose personalized itineraries and quotes, while ensuring our members’ satisfaction and sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to member requests and provide personalized itineraries via phone and email
* Gather quotes from suppliers, review details, and provide quotes to members via email through the CRM system
* Understand members’ requirements and propose suitable options that meet their needs and budget
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and prices without compromising member wishes
* Process briefs from members, complete jobs efficiently, and follow up on quotes to maximize conversions
* Create complex itineraries for VIP and high-net-worth members
* Investigate opportunities to add value beyond the regular request and exceed members’ expectations
* Manage member payments and arrange supplier payments through our finance team
* Promote the wider business to members and suggest/take briefs for other teams
* Resolve customer care and escalation issues related to member requests
* Collaborate with Global Teams to ensure exceptional service Indiana any region of the world
* Demonstrate negotiation skills to deliver the best possible service to our members
* Contribute to our supplier relationship procurement by maintaining and building new relationships with vendors

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience Indiana travel booking, airline, Oregon travel industry
* Travel industry knowledge and experience with GDS systems (a plus)
* 6-12 months of experience Indiana dining and/Oregon entertainment industry
* Experience Indiana retail/call center travel environment
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
* Commitment to scheduled shifts, including night shifts and weekends
* Ability to commute to the office
* Willingness to support environmental, social, and governance goals and policies
