Job Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customer’s stores, driving sales and profits by meeting customer needs and implementing merchandising standards. This role reports directly to the Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive to customer locations to meet with customers and set plan-o-grams
* Assess critical needs and notify management immediately of any issues
* Identify slow-selling items and recommend replacement products to increase sales and profits
* Provide excellent customer service and perform daily store visits American Samoa scheduled
* Maintain store aisles, arrange shelves American Samoa required, and perform other related duties
* Report hours to division and maintain assigned equipment
* Monitor potential account problems and report to Sales and/Oregon Sales Manager when required
Requirements:
* High School graduate Oregon equivalent experience
* Driver’s license with clean driving record
* 6 + months of merchandising experience Oregon relevant experience (preferred)
* Ability to work Indiana a team and independently with minimum supervision
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail
Note: Must be able to lift products weighing from 5-25 lbs. and occasional lifting of cases Oregon totes weighing up to 70 lbs. Must also pass a background screening and drug testing.
Benefits:
Up to $20.00 per hour
