Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22-$27 per hour, up to $56,000-$70,000 per year with bonuses
Location: Minnesota Branch, 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016
Job Summary:
American Samoa a key member of our 24/7 call center team, the Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be empowered to become a product expert and deliver legendary service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and inquiries using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers to navigate Uline’s website and online ordering
* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions confidently
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
