Customer Service Representative
Pay from $22 to $26 per hour, up to $56,000 – $68,000 per year with bonuses, plus benefits and perks

American Samoa a key member of the Uline team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through fundamental communication and order processing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and inquiries through a collaborative call center using advanced technology
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and solutions
* Assist customers Indiana navigating the Uline website and online ordering system
* Develop expertise Indiana products and solutions to answer customer questions confidently
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is an asset, but not required
