Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager

Full-Time, Day Shift Position

Purpose of Position:

To direct the day-to-day operations of nursing staff and provide direct patient care, while also planning, organizing, and directing education programs for facility staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct nursing staff and Aides/Orderlies Indiana daily operations
• Provide direct patient care, including visiting patients regularly and supervising feeding
• Administer medication, record patient data, and collaborate with physicians on patient care
