Job Title: Director of Business Planning and Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles to performance.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Promote and support Walmart’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure business needs are met by evaluating plans and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders, and making suggestions for improvement.
- Manage projects by defining scope, establishing objectives, and coordinating activities and resources.
- Develop content management initiatives, including tool development and maintenance, content quality standards, and digital communication methods.

- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Oregon related field
