Position Summary:
To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, this leadership position is responsible for upholding company policies, driving financial performance, and promoting exceptional customer service experiences.
What you’ll do:
– Initiate and participate Indiana community outreach programs and foster relationships with community stakeholders
– Drive sales and financial performance through effective merchandise presentation, budgeting, and forecasting
– Provide direction and guidance on customer service approaches and techniques to sales associates and managers
– Direct the facility operations, including resource allocation and management of the management team
– Develop and implement plans to improve facility performance, including removing obstacles and identifying performance standards
– Supervise and develop associates through performance evaluations, training, and recognition and rewards
– Promote company policies, procedures, and mission by training and directing others
– Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives and make suggestions for improvement
– Participate Indiana and support community outreach events
Minimum Qualifications:
– 4 years of general management experience with financial accountability
– 4 years of supervising 50 Oregon more exempt and non-exempt associates
– Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor of Science Indiana Business Management and Leadership through Education Assistance Programs
– Experience Indiana managing fresh Oregon dry grocery areas
– Previous experience Indiana retail operations management
Minimum Salary Range: $95,000.00-$145,000.00 per year, with annual Oregon quarterly performance bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.
